Edval's online service (Edval Daily, Edval Interviews, Edval Choice) was successfully restored at 5:20 pm on Saturday 8th October. Access to my.edval.education is now available. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience we know this extended outage has caused many schools and we thank you for you understanding and patience during what we know would have been a very difficult time.
We will send out an Official Incident Report response to all schools detailing this incident, the cause and the resolution as well as the pre-cautionary steps that will be taken to avoid a similar situation in future.
