Tes Cloud products - Outages (Update: 03 July 2024)

Timetable Daily/Choice/Interviews is currently encountering operational issues. We are presently conducting an investigation and will provide updates here. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update 21 June 2024 - We are currently investigating connectivity issues affecting the cloud products (Daily, Interviews, Choice) of some of our customers. 
We are working on this as a priority and will provide an update as soon as we can. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience whilst we resolve this. 

Update 03 July 2024 - We know that some of you are still experiencing issues when using cloud products (Daily, Interviews, Choice). We are sorry that this is the case, please be assured we are continuing our investigations and are planning to deploy fixes over the next couple of days that we expect to improve the service. We will continue to work on it and will be rolling out further improvements over the coming weeks until we are confident you are receiving the service level you expect and deserve.
