Dear All,    

We will be holding our Team Workshop from Wednesday 17th to Friday 19th May 2023 (inclusive). This is an opportunity for our entire support team to work together to improve our products and look at ways to better serve our customers. 

 
During this time, please send support requests by clicking on the Get help button within our products or login to our support portal. Phone support during this time will be limited  

 
Thank you for understanding if we are a little slower than usual in responding.    

 
Please ensure all Tes timetable and Cloud (Daily, Choice, Interviews) users in your school are aware of this.
