Timetable Daily:

Q: I have received my webcode for the new year for Timetable Daily but do not see the ‘Daily’ tab when I login, what do I do?
A: You will need to roll over Timetable Daily for the new year. 

Q: How do I roll over Timetable Daily for the new year?

Q: Will I need to configure my synchronisation settings to my SIS system for the new year in Timetable Daily?
A: Yes. A guide on how to do this is located within the following folder in our knowledge base, please select the SIS system that you are using:

Q: How do I set up Meadowbanks for Term 4?
A: You have an option to set up Meadowbanks either within the .etz (timetabling) file or within Timetable Daily MeadowbanksYou can only perform the Meadowbanks function in either the .etz file or Timetable Daily, not both. Refer to the related article for each product (linked above) to decide which option is best for you.

Q: Will I need to reissue new webcodes to the staff for the new year?
A: Yes, you will need to reissue new webcodes to staff for the new year which can be done from Admin > Users. For more information on this please refer to this article.

Q: How do I know when I am in my headstart clone dataset?
A: You will see the current year followed by 'HDST' on the bottom left of your screen. Eg '2022HDST'.

Timetable Interviews:

Q: Will I need to re-upload my Family Data for the new year?
A: Yes, once Timetable Daily has been rolled over you will need to upload new Family data. It is suggested that this is done once the school has a complete list of new students and families.

Single Sign-On:

Q: If I use SSO will I need to reconfigure my SSO for the new year?
A: No, as long as you roll over Timetable Daily to the new year your SSO settings will also roll over. Refer to the following FAQ for more information on SSO: Single Sign On ( SSO ) Introduction and FAQs
