Q&A Session - Timetable Interviews - 10 March 2025
Preamble
We thank you all the participants for the positive engagement, this certainly has helped our fellow schools.
Questions covered in the Session
Following is the list of questions we have covered in our session, please watch our recorded session for more detailed discussion.
- What is the benefit of adding Family data in Edval we are using Mangebac
- With Timetabling mode how does it prioritise interview schedules? We had many families miss out on interviews they wanted. Is it - teacher priority first and then older students down to Year 7s.
- Parents seem to prefer booking mode? What are the cons of this mode?
- Despite Global breaks (teacher choice based on three options), I still find that Stage 4 teachers, need a buffer during the interviews to get a drink of water/ head to the toilet. This affects the number of parents that they can see. Any suggestions how I might allow staff a 5 minute buffer
- How long does the system take to generate a schedule?
- There is no first in best dressed option with timetabling mode is there? Basically it is open to all. And then generates schedule. Correct? So no benefit to getting in early for families
- How to delete my family data in bulk?
- Families “Lives with” status are all to ‘Y’ how to change it?
- What is this yellow triangle warning that I am getting in my Interview events?
- How to Specify who should receive system notifications if not appearing in the list?
- How to resize my school logo
