Tes no longer tests the compatability of its desktop applications on any virtual environment. This means that whilst E9 may have worked in the past in the virtual environments, Tes DOES NOT perform testing of E10 in any virtual environment and does not develop the application with any virtual environments as part of the development specifications. The Tes Timetable application "E10" is designed to run in a native Windows PC operating system environment. Edval offers no support to users who choose to attempt to run Edval 10 in a virtual environment.


Tes strongly advises that Tes Timetable software and files are best stored on the school local network.  
If schools decide to store Timetable files on web platforms, the IT team and Timetable users must be aware of the potential issues and the care required to manage the data.
